'GEP' Console Command (or give plasmid)

Command Syntax:

GEP NameOfPlasmid

give NameOfPlasmid plasmid/tonic

Replace NameOfPlasmid with a string from the next section. Following each string is a note/comment. The plasmids/tonics are grouped by type.
